Born in Taxco, Mexico, Ricardo Hernandez started
doing magic when he was just 14 years old. His interest continued
after moving to the USA, where he has lived in El Paso, Texas,
Orlando, Florida, and now Denver, Colorado. Since the start of
the new millennium, Ricardo has been performing professionally
and amazing audiences everywhere he goes.
Ricardo belongs to the prestigious International
Magicians Society, the Mile High Magicians Society, and the Society
of American Magicians (SAM). His membership in these organizations
allow him to continually share his magic with other professionals
and hobbyists, as well as to constantly improve upon what he knows
and learn new material.
In the summer of 2003, Ricardo had the unique
privilege of attending Jeff McBride's Master Class in Las Vegas,
to study with world famous magicians Jeff McBride and Eugene Burger.
Here, he was able to interact with these experienced magicians
to learn not only new magic, but the important philosophies behind
the performance of magic. In the art of magic, there are no better
or more sought-after teachers.
Ricardo specializes in close-up magic - magic
that is done right in front of the spectator. He will use playing
cards and other everyday props to make magic happen right in the
hands of the audience. Done with a unique sense of humor, Ricardo
is able to take his audiences into a state of amazement!
